My blood work came in 2 weeks ago. I have high Testosterone, low estrogen, PCOS ( already knew that one), Adrenal exhaustion (they aren't functioning properly), and I'm Vit- D deficient. All that has taxed my body and hence the reason it has been unable to process fats and nutrients. And from the lack of proper functions- it wasn't eliminating toxins as well but, rather storing them in the CYST on my lymphatic nerve band called the Mesentery Band. SO, i didn't know all this before i met a surgeon and of course- his first response was to " take it out" without even knowing why it formed? I hated that idea. Then i found this awesome place called Clinix Healing Center
Where i met Dr. Cortini and Dr. Katie Young who have helped me find out the above information!!! Now, I'm dieting and have lost 8 lbs in one week( re-training my body to use my stored fats), am on a Vitamin D supplement, hormones, enzymes and essential oils for proper digestion and soon to be on an adrenal detox. Even though dieting ( which i have never really done before) is taxing- it's temporary and with the combo of the above, I'm sure to be at my goal weight with easy. I have learned a bit from this trial and am so glad to have finally have some answers and know that surgery is not necessary for the cyst. It has gone down and will continue to shrink if i keep on the healthiest path!
Other news... We had a fun Halloween as the cast of Wizard of Oz.

My Girls Volleyball Team WON the whole tournament and the Season. We played for 8 weeks or more:) I loved coaching them. They are wonderful ladies!

I'm singing again! Tonight it's with an interfaith choir. On Sunday it's a trio for the adoption Fireside! I feel like this is part of me that can be hidden no longer or that will be taken away from me.
And we are STILL Hoping to Adopt! Hopefully our dreams (and many of our friends) will come true this next year and we will welcome a child or children into our family!
hope you readers are all well! Can't wait to post again soon!

UGH about those darn hormones. I hope you can get them better regulated so you feel better. What a great Halloween :)
Good luck with your health. Being mom when you're sick is so hard. I'll keep you in my prayers!
